I would like to take this opportunity to wish my readers a very Merry Christmas.
Even if you don't celebrate Christmas, this time of year stands out as a time for families and togetherness. In studying the Holocaust, I am often reminded of how perfectly normal families were torn apart by a brutal regime, and just how important your loved ones are. We often take the people around us for granted; this Christmas, then, I ask all of my readers to show those you love how much they mean to you (although of course, ideally this would happen all year round!).
